16-year-old boys charged with murder in shooting death of Penn State student
PHILADELPHIA (TNND) — Two 16-year-olds boys were charged in the deadly robbery and shooting of a Penn State student in Philadelphia, with federal authorities offering rewards for information leading to their arrests.
The U.S. Marshals Service's Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force on Wednesday identified the teenagers as Kaiseem Smith and Azzubair Outen-Fleming.
“Surrender now. If you choose to remain fugitives, the Marshals Service will relentlessly pursue every lead, every associate, and every tip until you are located and taken into custody,” Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark said in a news release obtained by The National News Desk.
Smith and Outen-Fleming were charged by the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in connection with the June 6 murder of a 22-year-old Penn State student in South Philadelphia.
